Our Clients
We do not take our customers for granted, and treat them fairly and with respect knowing full well they have other choices they could make for their automation expertise.
We have many clients who continue to select Pacificon as their preferred automation company and have done so for many years.
Our longest standing relationship is with Simpson Timber Company located in Korbel, California 22 Years ! During that time we have gone through two sawmill rebuilds, one planer mill rebuild and many smaller upgrades. Unfortunately, with some tough economic conditions in the USA, this mill was shutdown last year; however, our long-standing relationship has provided a good reference.
Another long term relationship is with Kadant Carmanah Design and Manufacturing. For 20 years we have been providing control and automation solutions to Carmanah that are in use in both their Disc and Ring Stranders. To date over 130 control systems have been supplied to Carmanah's world wide client base.
We are pleased to have partnered with Signode Canada, an ITW company. Control systems for over 210 strapping machines and lumber labelling systems have been provided for Signode's customers during the last 15 years.
Our Suppliers
Since we have OEM status with our suppliers, we receive preferred pricing, and these savings can be passed onto our clients. We depend on the following local companies for their expertise and the products they supply to us:
