    Pacificon provides Industrial Automation and PLC expertise to Sawmill, Planer mill, OSB and Veneer Mills, Breweries, Grain Handling Plants, Food and Beverage Plants and Municipal Works.

    We do not have any full time positions available at the present time; however, we are always on the lookout for the right person. If you have experience for either of the following two positions, please forward your resume to us for consideration.

Project Manager / PLC Programmer

This position requires an individual who possesses a broad range of experience with a minimum of 10 years experience in the following areas: Sawmill, Planer mill, OSB and Veneer Mills, Breweries, Grain Handling Plants, Food and Beverage Plants and Municipal Works.

An in-depth knowledge of several brands of PLC's with emphasis on Rockwell systems.

Other industry related experience will be considered.

Intermediate PLC Programmer

This candidate will be a self-starter, with minimum 3 to 5 years Allen Bradley PLC experience. HMI experience also required. Sawmill, planer mill and OSB experience a definite asset.

All successful candidates for the above postings must have a technical education and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Pacificon is a team-oriented company and offers a competitive remuneration and fully paid benefits package including dental and RSP.
